A deep anodised aluminium container with a soft PE lid, made for the fridge and freezer. Aluminium moves heat about ten times faster than stainless steel and far faster than plastic, so food freezes through quickly and thaws in less time on the bench.
The 1000 ml deep size holds mince, soup, stew or cooked rice. It has the same 16.5 x 12.5 cm footprint as the Shallow 700ml, so the two stack together.
