A wide, shallow anodised aluminium container with a soft PE lid, made for the fridge and freezer. Aluminium moves heat about ten times faster than stainless steel and far faster than plastic, so food freezes through quickly and thaws in less time on the bench.
The 1200 ml is the larger shallow size, for family portions of meat, a tray of dumplings or a batch of leftovers. At 5.1 cm high it still freezes through quickly and stacks flat in a freezer drawer.
