A large, deep anodised aluminium container with a soft PE lid, made for the fridge and freezer. Aluminium moves heat about ten times faster than stainless steel and far faster than plastic, so food freezes through quickly and thaws in less time on the bench.
The 1800 ml is the batch-cooking size, for a big pot of soup, bulk mince or several portions of stew. At 7.6 cm deep it holds a lot without taking over the freezer.
Features
- Aluminium freezes and thaws food faster than stainless steel or plastic
- Smooth anodised finish, so frozen food comes out easily
- Soft PE lid fits snugly and stops smells mixing in the fridge
- Lighter than a stainless steel container of the same size
- Stacks neatly in the fridge or freezer
Specifications
- Capacity: 1800 ml
- Size: Approx. 20 x 17 x 7.6 cm
- Material: Anodised aluminium body, PE lid
